The developed concept and contract templates have a very wide replication potential because we have to get rid of the district heat produced by fossil energy. Hostile behavior of Russia accelerates projects and it is good that Finland is now experiencing the first renewable energy community project. Instead of photovoltaics, wind energy is likely to be utilized in coming projects.
